Good video, brother Frank. You know this reminds me of a series of dreams I had early in the summer that I shared with you on your blog.

I do not believe in a pre-trib rapture. I do believe the saints will go through the tribulation. Daniel tells us we must go through in order to be purified. If ever there was a time where the saints are blemished and need to be purified it is now. And I think that can have a two-fold meaning. One of an individual purification process and one of a corporate purification as well.

The Lord Jesus tells us about the harvest at the end of the age that there will be a separation of wheat and tares. The true and the false. The children of God and the children of the devil. Jesus said, “The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers…” – ESV. Many think of this is a one time event. On the last day, or at the rapture. But I don’t know if I hold to that view. Harvest takes place before the ingathering. First they are all cut down in the field (which Jesus said is the world). Scripture says there is a separation that takes place. First the tares are tied into bundles to be burned. Then the wheat is gathered and brought into the barn, Jesus said it is all done by the angels.

We see the angels working all through the book of Revelation. We even the harvest sickles in Rev. 14:14 and 14:17. But just prior to that we see written in verse 12 saying this: “Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus. And I heard a voice in heaven saying, ‘Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’ ‘Blessed indeed,’ says the Spirit, ‘that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!'” And immediately following those words in 14:14 it talks about the harvest of the earth. So first we see death, and then the gathering into the barn, if you will.

But I think it’s important to keep these things in mind that before the wheat is brought into the barn, it must first be cut down and then threshed on the threshing floor. After the threshing it is winnowed up “in the air” and THEN the wheat is brought into the barn.

So I believe it is more of a process than a one time event. But I’m not dogmatic about it, I could be wrong. I’m certainly am teachable and am open to correction. This could be a long period of time or a relatively brief period of time. The thief who hung on the cross next to Jesus was harvested and threshed and winnowed in a squashed short space of time in a matter of a few hours. Ihe book of Revelation, the church of Smyrna was in very good standing with the Lord and he told them that they would have 10 days of suffering tribulation and then be killed. I find that amount of time very interesting. Ten days are the amount of days in the Days of Awe with Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. All the rest of the churches were not promised they would be saved out of the tribulation, but one. We all know which one that was. The one tgat everybody wants to be. The one that most people think they are (LOL!!!). The church of brotherly love. Interesting the dialogue Jesus has with these. Very small, very weak group of people. But they were faithful and they kept the word of his patience.

Interesting also that he said he would make them a pillar and that he would write on them the name of his God and the name of the city of his God. This also was said of the 144,000 in Rev. 7 and 14. They were marked and sealed with the name of God written on their foreheads. The city of the heavenly Jerusalem was measured 144 cubits. In Ezekiel 9 it was those who sighed and cried over all the abominations which were being committed, who were intentionally protected and preserved according to God’s divine providence. Just like Noah and his family, just like Lot and his family. Peter tells us that Lot was tormented in his righteous soul over the lawless deeds that he saw and heard.

Revelation says it will be during the final 3.5 years. Interesting also that the devil goes after the woman who bore the child FIRST. But he can’t get her. Ever wonder about that mystery? I wonder about it alot. She has the crown of 12 stars clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet, she’s in pain crying out to be delivered. And the devil tried first to kill the child and was unsuccessful. He next tries to kill her, then he can’t because she is protected, and in his rage against her he goes after her offspring, those who keep the commands of God and have the testimony of Jesus. I think she is symbolic of the natual offspring of those literal tribes. She may not know who she is, but the Lord knows who they are and the scriptures show that the devil seems to know too. I think she is the 144,000. And I think she is scattered to the 4 corners of the earth.

The harvesters in the field were commanded by God to not harvest the entire field but leave the corners of the field. In Joel it says in the Day of the Lord the Lord doesn’t make a complete end of his people, but leaves behind a remnant as a grain offering and drink offering to the Lord. Ezekiel was commanded to hide some of his shaved hairs from his head in the corner folds of his outer garment. The rest were hacked up with a sword, burned in the fire, etc.. The Apostle Paul says we shall not all sleep, but some will be changed at the Last Trump. He says it is a mystery. I think these “changed” glorified folks are the firstfruits offered to God and to the Lamb in the book of Revelation. The 144,000 is said to be the “firstfruits”.

Just so interesting when you study it and meditate in it. Sorry so long, I was in the flow and it just kept pouring out. Be fruitful saints. Be mindful. Obey God. Stop sinning. Be quick to repent. Love God and love your fellow brethren. It’s hard to love your enemies I know, but pray for them. Do not retaliate or entertain evil thoughts or imaginations that the devil might try to tempt you with or put in your head. Be quick to forgive. Ask God to help you and he will help you. Be honest with him, confess everything to him in order that we may be cleansed. To your best to live peaceably with everyone in this hateful widely divisive time in history. And finally, be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. He will give us his grace to endure with patience all that we must suffer for his glory until the end or until he comes. Do not quit. Hang in there, saints. He who endures to THE END shall be SAVED. God bless us and lead us and help us all. Amen.

I have read your post Lisa, it was very good, I read a portion of it to a dear brother in the Lord. I completely concur with the process, and the fact that the time of the process could be beyond our understanding. This separation could have been going on for 2000 years and it is not coming to a climax……………..bro Frank
