A Call To The Remnant

Saints, there is a roaring lion that is stalking the land. It is not the virus, it is fear. The question is, aside from all common sense actions, will you deliberately and with faith put all that you are and all that you have into the hands of Jesus? If you make a conscious decision of the will to rest in Him, an act of obedience, then you will have a peace that surpasses understanding. This is quite apart from any loss you may suffer, it will be in spite of any loss you may suffer.

Paul said that he would rather glory in his infirmities that the power of God may rest upon him. Paul had discovered that no matter what his situation was, that the grace of God was sufficient for him. That word sufficient in the Greek is “arkeo” and in this context means to raise a barrier. Can I tell you, that no matter how much the enemy floods the land. the Lord has raised up a barrier and it cannot be penetrated nor over-topped. He is our higher ground.

When we realize this, when we avail ourselves of this, then is the power of the Living God resting upon us for all the world to see. In the midst of our circumstance the Lord Christ is being lifted up and glorified and the power of God is multiplied in our lives. Paul is so full of the power of the living God and the grace that He has found that he can make this incredibly bold claim ” I take pleasure in my infirmities in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”

Glorify God today. Make the decision of the will, be obedient, do not fear but rather rest upon the grace of God which Jesus Himself is sufficient for you and all the world will see His power and He will be magnified this very day.
