This sermon is by an Irish preacher called David Legge. It is my opinion that this sermon is prophetic in nature. We first met David when we were involved with a revival conference through sermonindex.net in Wales a few years ago. The conference was in Moriah Chapel where the great Welsh revival of 1904-05 began.
